01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Savings.Club website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of the platform.

02. Description of Services

Savings.Club operates savings clubs — cooperative purchasing groups where members contribute monthly to a shared pool to acquire high-value assets. We administer these clubs, manage the trust structure, calculate Savings Scores, and facilitate asset acquisition. We are not a bank, credit union, or traditional lender.

03. Membership

Membership in a savings club requires acceptance of the specific membership agreement for your chosen club. Membership agreements contain additional terms specific to your asset class, price tier, and term length. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and platform; your membership agreement governs your participation in a specific savings club.

04. Contributions

Members agree to make monthly contributions as specified in their membership agreement. Contributions are held in an irrevocable trust managed by an independent trustee. Failure to make contributions may affect your Savings Score and award timeline. Contribution amounts are fixed for the duration of your membership term.

05. Savings Score

The Savings Score is a proprietary, patent-pending assessment that determines your position in the award queue. The Savings Score considers contribution consistency, advance contributions, and optional bidding. Savings.Club reserves the right to modify the Savings Score algorithm to improve fairness and accuracy.

06. Asset Award & Acquisition

When your Savings Score qualifies you for an award, you receive a purchasing voucher for the full asset value within your club's price tier. You are responsible for selecting and negotiating the purchase of your asset. Savings.Club does not guarantee specific asset availability, pricing, or condition. All asset purchases are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

07. Flat Fee

Members pay a flat administrative fee in addition to the asset value. This fee is disclosed in full before enrollment and does not change after enrollment. The flat fee replaces traditional interest charges. Savings.Club does not charge compound interest.

08. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Members may cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund. After the 7-day period, withdrawal is subject to the terms of your membership agreement. Members who withdraw before completing their term may be subject to early termination provisions as outlined in their membership agreement.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the Savings.Club website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Savings Score algorithm, is the property of Savings Club Financing Technologies, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform, specific award timelines, or asset availability. Savings calculations and projections are estimates based on stated assumptions and may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savings Club Financing Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of contributions you have made to your savings club.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Important Legal Disclaimer

Savings.Club is a member-directed coordination platform only. You are purchasing membership services and becoming a Beneficiary of a trust overseen by Jackson Hole Trust Company, with accounts held at US Bank (FDIC-insured up to applicable limits). Contributions to the Common Fund are at-risk (as defined and acknowledged in the Membership Agreement) and are not traditional savings or deposits. Timing depends on other members' payments; defaults may cause significant delays or loss. Your contributions to the Common Fund cannot be withdrawn on demand.

This is NOT an investment, there is NO expectation of profit or gain.

    Savings.Club is a brand name of Savings Club Financing Technologies, LLC. Savings.Club is a fintech company, not a bank. Savings.Club does not accept deposits. Member common fund contributions are held in a trust overseen by Jackson Hole Trust Company, a licensed fiduciary, with accounts held at US Bank, an FDIC-insured institution. FDIC insurance covers member funds in the trust up to applicable limits. Savings.Club cannot access, redirect, or use trust funds for any purpose other than member benefit.
  2. Flat Fee Structure
    Savings.Club charges a flat Membership Fee, not interest or financing charges. This upfront fee simply covers our comprehensive services—such as administration, oversight, security, education, and more—as well as the infrastructure that allows our members to help one another finance purchases. The fee is calculated once, never changes, and does not accrue daily. It varies by financial profile, product category, and voucher value. Membership does not guarantee a specific timeline for asset award.
  3. Savings Comparisons
    All savings comparisons on this website are based on published average rates by credit tier and standard amortization calculations using data from the Federal Reserve, Experian State of Auto Finance reports, Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey, and other public sources. Individual results may vary based on credit profile, asset selection, and market conditions.
  4. Savings Score & Selection
    The Savings Score is a proprietary, patent-pending metric developed by Savings.Club. Members are assessed monthly on the 15th. Selection is based on Savings Score ranking within your club. Savings.Club does not guarantee a specific timeline for receiving a purchasing voucher.
  5. No Credit Check
    We accept all credit profiles, and a credit check is never required to join a savings club. You may optionally provide your credit score to improve your Savings Score ranking, but it is entirely up to you. Savings.Club does not perform hard credit inquiries as part of the membership process.
  6. Flexibility During Savings Phase
    During the savings phase (before your purchasing voucher is awarded), you may switch to half-payments, freeze your contributions, or transfer your membership to another person. After your purchasing voucher is awarded, standard obligations apply.
  7. Global System References
    References to the global savings club system describe the general cooperative purchasing model used in over 100 countries. Historical references to 800+ years describe the documented history of cooperative savings clubs globally.
  8. Not Financial Advice
    The information on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making significant financial commitments.
  9. Patent-Pending Technology
    ROTEX AI and the Savings Score system are patent-pending technologies developed by Savings.Club. Patent application(s) have been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
  10. Compliance Program
    Savings.Club maintains policies and procedures to address key federal and state regulations, including TILA/Regulation Z, BSA/AML/KYC, and ECOA fair lending principles. Savings.Club currently operates in TX, FL, MA, and CT.

Your rights and all risks are governed exclusively by the full Membership Agreement and Trust Agreement. By using this site you acknowledge you have been advised to consult your own licensed attorney before joining. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver apply.
