Fee Schedule

#Setup Fee

• A one-time, non-refundable fee that establishes your membership.
• During Phase 1, every payment you make pays part of it, in the same fixed proportions each time.
• Amount: as stated in your Membership Agreement, Section 5.1.

#Monthly Membership Dues

• Part of your monthly payment during Phase 1.
• They end when Phase 2 begins.
• Amount: as stated in your Membership Agreement, Section 5.2.

#Servicing Fee

• Charged during Phase 2, in place of the Monthly Membership Dues.
• Amount: calculated so the APR does not exceed the rate disclosed in Exhibit B of your Membership Agreement, Sections 5.4 and 8.5.

#Transferee Evaluation Fee

• Charged to each person who applies to take over a membership through a transfer.
• Amount: $50.00 per applicant. Non-refundable.
• Membership Agreement, Section 5.6(a).

#Transfer Fee

• Charged when a transfer is completed.
• Amount: $50.00.
• The fee that applies is confirmed to you in writing before you commit to the transfer.
• Membership Agreement, Section 5.6(b).
